Galerie de la Scala was created thirty five years ago by Hélène Bucaille and Marie-Christine Carlioz. It has been located 68, rue la Boétie ever since. In the beginning of 2007 Emmanuel Marty de Cambiaire has joined them. He shares with the two founders of the gallery the same taste for Old Master and  XIXth century drawings and paintings. Even though the gallery offers works from known masters, the trio’s  “curiosity” moves them to the works of XXth century artists and less known masters. Thus frequent visitor amateurs can discover on the red carpeted walls of the gallery some “coups de coeur” for less known artists whose quality justifies their selection.
